Kendal Outreach, LLC recognizes that there are extraordinary realities and challenges to resident
safety and fall prevention that are commonplace in the long-term care setting. This program will
help providers find additional resident-centered approaches to meeting the safety needs from both a
clinical, as well as an organizational perspective. Build the confidence of your staff by providing
safe bed systems and by approaching falls and injuries in a comprehensive manner. The program
will highlight programmatic and environmental themes that are essential to the delivery of safe,
quality care practices.
